01. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, deploying, or utilizing services provided by Ace Gifting Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity (as an HR, Admin, Procurement, or Marketing manager), you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these conditions.

02. Platform Deployment & Account Security

When we launch your custom brand platform or corporate gifting portal (typically configured in less than 72 hours), you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of all authorized credentials, corporate access links, and administrative passwords. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized usage or security breach concerning your digital storefront.

03. Intellectual Property Rights

All content accessible on this website—including but not limited to text, bespoke graphics, custom box concepts, branding elements, corporate kit layouts, and logo mockups—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ace Gifting Solutions or its content suppliers. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution of our proprietary material or creative concepts without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

04. Order Placement, Custom Curation, & Fulfillment

• Specifications: Orders placed via the main website or custom client portals are executed based on approved digital specifications, timelines, and budgets. Because we prioritize relevance and alignment, minor substitutions of equal value may occur in high-volume curation depending on market availability.
• Delivery & Logistics: Distribution timelines are estimations. While we operate an end-to-end managed logistics network out of Bengaluru, we are not liable for regional shipping bottlenecks or incorrect recipient address coordinates provided by the client.

05. User & Client Responsibilities

You agree not to use our portals or platform infrastructure to upload copyrighted material without permissions, distribute harmful digital items, or scrape catalog data. Clients assume full legal responsibility for ensuring that any corporate logos, brand guidelines, or custom messages provided to us for printing do not infringe third-party trademarks.

06. Limitation of Liability

Ace Gifting Solutions provides its digital tools and platforms on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or logistics delays beyond our reasonable control.

07. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, deactivate, or restrict access to your digital storefront or brand hub if we detect any fraudulent activity, violations of these terms, or non-payment of agreed corporate balances.

08. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

09. Contact Modifications
